Cinnamon power and honey for arthritis

I read sometime ago on this forum that Cinnamon power taken together with honey helps for arthritis. Can someone tell me how to make this preparation? Is there someone who has a success story on this?

Try it in porridge perhaps? I often add cinnamon to my porridge and a drizzle of honey goes wonderfully with it...and I don't have any arthritis at the moment (age 61), but have had it in my thumbs and toes in the past, so there might be some truth in that?

I take them (honey and cinnamon) both along with apple cider vinegar (raw, organic) as part of my cold/flu prevention. At the very beginning of symptoms (sneeze, wheeze, sniffle and cough) I start taking them. I also add more Vitamin C in supplement form. Haven't had the flu in over 15 years... and only 1 cold got through in that time. This is from one who's been very susceptible with asthma and bronchitis most of my life. I also have arthritis in lower back, and it has not advanced in anyway in those years. So I think there's something to it :) I am 66.
