I currently weigh 56kgs and am 160cms tall. Majority of my fat, however is stored around my stomach. Im guessing this is an issue with my diet. Any suggestions on foods to cut out?

You're slightly taller & lighter than me, so you can't have a high BMI!
How do you feel?
Ask your GP for advice re any tests that might be appropriate for health conditions or nutritional deficiencies.
Cut out all processed food, & see how you feel after a few weeks on a clean food diet.
Drink plenty of water before, rather than with meals. Perhaps add a spoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a little water to drink before you eat, to improve your digestion, or eat other probiotics such as kefir regularly.
Try restricting the times you eat so your body can process foods better. Some people like a 5:2 diet, where they restrict calories too on two non-consecutive days of the week. I prefer restrictive eating times, so rarely eat before 11am or after 7pm.
Experiment cutting out foods that you think may disagree with you. For me it's unfermented soya & starch. Some people feel better avoiding the family of nightshade plants or gluten.
Try a yoga or pilates class to improve your core muscles.
I like Chris Kresser's website for nutrition & health advice. There are lots of free downloads.
Thank you so much! I'll be sure to try out the tips you gave me
It depends whether you want to make a hobby out of what you eat. It is a bit concerning if your first thought is "What do I cut out?"
I'm not sure whether you've checked out your waist to hip ratio since you give figures for height and weight but not this. That might be the first place to start (info on NHS Choices website) I'm not dismissing your concern - it is the same one I have as I've got to what is currently considered a healthy BMI but not a similarly healthy waist to hip ratio. I somehow doubt that I'll really make it to 80cms waist measurement which is a flat rate figure suggested for women - I'm bigger than average build without any blubber and my genetic inheritance is not hourglass shaped and I've never had much of a waist. But there's definitely scope for improvement.
But the only things I completely cut out are for ethical reasons.
