Unwanted middle

I don't need to lose weight at present but would welcome some suggestions for losing the unwanted inches around my middle. I eat quite a health diet but do have to confess to one or two 'naughties' during the day.

The inches around our waist is basically the result of what we eat. You already know your weak link, just focus on reducing them.

Hi. As far as I know there is no way to target specific areas of the body to loose fat without the others. Sorry

you could try specific exercises for the area that you want to shape and tighten. that would work. as you cant tighten fat but you can tighten muscles. xoxo
