Hi, I been trying to eat healthy and it has been doing well, but I want to replace more of the caloric dense foods in my diet with more plant foods so I can maintain a larger caloric deficit than now without being hungry.
There are two problems currently facing me, one is I have a 9-5 desk job, so any food that takes forever to prepare is out of question. So it needs to be easy to prepare and needs to last at least 7 days so I can buy it only once a week.
Two is my body cannot handle a lot of foods, for whatever strange reason. Among which are milk and diary, cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, raw tomatoes, and celery.
Fruits/vegetables I am currently consuming daily: spring mix leafy greens, apples, bananas, blueberries, avocado, organic dried figs, organic dried apricots, Normandy style frozen vegetables and beans and cooked tomatoes with oatmeal, and half a dozen of each of almonds, Macadamia nuts, walnuts, and pecan nuts.
I also get my protein from an egg and 1/3 of a one lb chicken breast every day.
Ideas?
Thanks!
