Hi guys and girls,

Long time since I have posted on here. I last told you all I was starting a 4am job. This will be ending Sunday 8am as I have asked for a transfer to different part of company and been granted this. Hours are better and will help me benefit getting back into a routine of breakfast, lunch and evening meals. At the moment I am up at 3am not feeling too hungry or peckish but byt 6-7am I am starving but lso tired. as soon as i finish 8am I pretty much just sleep a few hours then its lunch time so I skip breakfast either way due to being tired. However my training is kind of varied from 2 early starts and 1 late and 2 lates 1 early. However I am going to redo my food planner and as for exercise my mobile and partners mobile both have Pokemon Go so apart from a brisk 10 min walk each way to and from work we are always out Pokemon hunting so getting loadsa fresh air and exercise. I am also going to go back to my GP surgery and start afresh with weight clinic nurse. should of been weighed about 4/5 weeks ago but never went as I have been so tired and battling mental health problems. Now there is a change in work and working hours I am a bit more relaxed less depressed and raring to get healthy again.
