Hello everyone, hope you have a beautiful day so far. π€
Iβm a little low on my energy right now as I get very tired when my pmdd starts π so I made myself an early lunch with mixture of veggies, eggs, avocado, seeds, tomatoes, fruits and carrots in balsamic vinegar dressing.
Midday dessert: oatmeal cookie and tea.

Are you still hungry again? π I usually blend my mixed fruits with yogurt, it is refreshing and tasty ππ

What a great salad. It is loaded with lots of goodies.
I want that cookie too. You are very diligent in preparing meals for the body and mind. I really like that. As I feel I am being more inspired by you to not skip meals.

I see avocado ripen problem in Thailand. I donβt know if you ever tried this way: I bought them green, put in the paper bag and burry the bag inside my bag of rice to get them ripen how I want them.
Having salad is quick and easy esp during this heat. I hope you had a nice trip to the fish market and have fun cooking with whichever your catch of the day! ππ
