The gut diet

Has anyone lost weight following this diet? It seems so healthy and well balanced but I'm thinking if I want to lose weight I will also need to count calories.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has tried it .

That's the one. I have a good book that explains it all and also includes some recipes. It is very similar to the diet I followed that completely cured my PMS many years ago when I was young and a healthy weight. I think it will be good for me but I should also count calories in order to lose weight. And if I stick to it for ever I might not regain the weight! 😇

Try counting nutrients instead of calories. :)
