Thanks I've underactive thyroid and I'm trying to lose weight I've been eating porridge with fruit in for breakfast 1toast dinner soup roll tea small portion potatoes vegetables fruit for after no weight loss what am I doing wrong exercise every day for 2 hour's swimming and walking most day's
Are you counting carbs.? That has two benefits. You are able to keep the weight loss going down for the first thing. Second, if you're trying to control blood sugar levels, this can be helpful, as well. Has your doctor talked to you about counting carbs. as an option?
No counting calories doing 1.500 per day not losing weight though.
The Centers for Disease Control has an excellent program called National Diabetes Prevention Program which is aimed at carbohydrates and lifestyle changes. I'll post the link here to their page of online programs, but click around the site and really check it out.

I did the program in person and had a really fun and informative group of folks. I did lose about 15 pounds and felt so much better.
