I want to have a few drinks tonight like 4 or 5 beers. I have been suffering from high cortisol levels and just recently fixed my sleep and got everything back on track although my body is healing and detoxing all the toxins so my symptoms are a bit worse than before so would it be bad for me to have a few drinks tonight?

Not sure if you're already out for the night - so my reply may not be the best in terms of timing, but I just wanted to say that alcohol does raise levels of cortisol, so do bear that in mind.

Certainly having 4 or 5 pints of beer will have an impact on your body and your mind - so maybe think about what you want to achieve beforehand- and then make an informed choice about what you decide to do.

I decided to not have any beers and just relaxed for the evening. I feel much better now that i done that. I'm going to spain in about 6 weeks and want to be fresh and healthy by then and also want to have a few drinks over there but i should be fit to do that by then. Ty for your reply
