Hi, I 60yrs old and female. A lifelong vegetarian. I have autoimmune illnesses, thyroid and psoriasis. I'm on a gluten free diet and I am trying to reduce sugar as much as possible. So my usual diet has plenty of veg and some fruit. Milk butter and cheese. However being G/F some of the carbs I eat from the free from shelves of the supermarket, wraps etc.and I am concerned that these may have undesirable things in them. I've been looking at a site that sells sugar free products and items made with almond flour etc.. Are these things ok ?? or can anyone suggest other ways forward??

Hi Concerned,we have spoken before, thank you for your reply. I have seen the diet doctor and do agree with a lot he says.Unfortunately being vegetarian I find his suggestions limited. I will look at him again perhaps there are some new recipes. x
Thanks Concerned,I'll look into that.x
