Does high cortisol get worse before it gets better?

My cortisol levels seem to be getting worse at the moment so i'm wondering if they are getting worse because they are about to get better? I started eating really healthy around a month ago but only fixed my really bad sleep cycle a few days ago.

Hi healthiskey ,

This is a webpage about Cortisol, which might be helpful:

Great to hear you've managed to fix your sleep cycle, and that you're eating healthy foods - sounds like positives on both counts.

Zest :-)
