Have you told your GP?
Some illnesses cause loss of appetite, such as pernicious anaemia which causes vitamin B12 deficiency.

Maybe you could try a mindfulness practice to re-establish a connection with food. Perhaps start with a bowl of soup and before even eating, take time to notice the temperature of the bowl, the color and textures of the soup, the steam rising from it, and the smells. And then eat it incredibly slowly, a spoonful at a time, noticing the tastes and textures as you do.
