Apricot Greek yougurt and add abit of spice e.g.:pepper paprika cayenne pepper n a few chillier flakes ... these little pots work a treat I add mine to crunchy slaw, you could coat and marinade chicken chunks for kebabs or with a cheeky popadom when the other half has curry you could use as dip on the side, either way or wait her use it's perfect for those wanting to join in the fun with non of the guilt!!! 52 cal per pot 👌✊️
