Lost weight
I'd see a doctor. If you are struggling to eat, it might be medical, but your doctor may be able to refer you to a dietician who can advise how to keep your weight normal.
Hi Len168 ,
Welcome to the Healthy eating community. Seeing your GP would be helpful - because you've lost a significant amount of weight in a relatively short time, and hopefully your GP will be able to look at the medical side of things and give you some support and advice - and maybe also offer some suggestions for support for the Caring role you have with your disabled Mum - caring for someone can be stressful, and maybe you might need some help with your mood. Stress can impact on appetite, and there may be some things the GP can suggest to help you to cope.

Pernicious anaemia, the inability to absorb B12 in the gut, can cause loss of appetite.
Your body won't function well with no nutrients, so it's important you find out the cause & start to eat some healthy foods.
