Have you ever had califlower mashed potato? You mash the califlower just like if you were to mash a potato. Less carbs., but still tasty!
never tried it usually don't have cauli as it looks vile but seen on my fb that every1 seems to trade a greasy pizza for there cauli based 1 on a weekend
Califlower is really good tasting and goes well with salad or with a dip for veggie plates.
deffo trying it out i love my broccolli tho
I have cauliflower rice with a homemade curry every time. Wouldn't even think of normal rice now. The cauli rice is so tasty and you can stir fry with a few veg for different texture. I buy a large cauliflower, blitz it in my processor and then portion out and freeze for when I need it.
Hi Hidden ,
Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. If you put the words 'cauliflower pizza base' in the search window above, you'll get some past posts on the subject, but I do have a link to a post that was posed in the NHS weight loss forum, by a member called OlsBean , which is a lovely recipe for a Cauliflower based pizza - and he has posted a great photo, so maybe have a look at that as a starting point:

Personally, I've not tried the recipe, but I think it looks great, so if it tastes as good as it looks, then it will be great! Do let us know how you get on, if you give it a try.

I love cauliflower mash and also like the taste and texture of cauliflower couscous have you ever tried celeriac mash love this too trying to cut out all white carbs from my diet
I do not eat cauliflower. I wish u the best.
I have made cauliflower pizza a few times. It's delicious. The key to it working is making sure after you have blitzed the cauliflower up, you squeeze as much water out of it by wringing it in a tea towel. The egg will bind it together. They can be hit and miss, sometimes they break when trying to get off the baking sheet! But they are a fab alternative to pizza base. You could also try a sweet potato wrap as a thin pizza base x
