Cauliflower soup.

Hi everyone,

Here's what I made for dinner tonight its a cauliflower soup using a cauliflower a large Spanish onion cooked with coriander cumin ginger celery salt and black pepper to season.

I put the seasoned cauliflower and onion and whizzed it up with a tin of coconut milk and this was a nice easy healthy soup.

Its perfect weather for a nice warming soup and keep safe now folks. 🌈 😊

That sounds good! Leftover meals always taste better the next day or two. I had leftover quiche for lunch yesterday. That was really good.

It does smell but suppose coconut milk and all that seasoning will have slightly diminished that taste as well! Personally I like cauliflower cheese, and in mixed vegetables! Well soon may be chance to get some root vege again like parsnip and there like, leek as well! Love that in soups and stews 😍

Well gonna have tuna mayonnaise, baked potato and a bit of salad! Just too tired to cook tonight! Been very 3 busy shifts, 1 more to go then 3 days chill time and a bit of gardening and cleaning!

Leftovers for us. Spanish beans, Mexican pork chops, and Asian coleslaw.

I suppose we are just culturally confused.

Looked up your link Jerry! Didn't realise Cauliflower's benefits! Will be on my Menu more often now! Good for hearties and my arteries too 🙋👍😂 but it does have some after effects on your intestine hahaha 😂😂😂💨

I love cauliflower soup 😋 I make mine with onion and to make sure it's lovely and creamy I add Philadelphia cheese when I blitz it.

I am thinking of steaming the cauliflower as got a thing I can put in a saucepan Fatbuddy ! I also would use a pressure cooker! Boiling, well would rather gently simmer the cauliflower with not too much water and in a wider saucepan👍
