Why don't my well-meaning actions e.g. a walk or a visit to the gym, have no measurable effect on my blood glucose readings? I can't get what I do to affect my levels positively; if I could I'd do it more often.

What are your blood sugars before and after exercise? What has your Endocrinologist told you at your last appointment?
