Hi Kia - Foods high in B12 are good, however I don't eat a lot of meat so my intake is more around fish such as Wild Salmon, sardines etc do google. I for now limit my dairy just for a short while. I also take a vitamin B12 supplement which honestly I find helps me if feeling a little low since my diagnosis. Now, this is just my story hopefully others I feel sure will contribute too. Hope this helps, reach out if not. Keep positive and smile.

A generally well balanced diet of non processed food will make you healthier and with that improved health might come less anxiety. I don't think there are specific foods for anxiety but I woukd be good to reduced your sugar intake. The roller coaster of energy spikes from added refined sugar is bad for anyone's sense of wellbeing. Processed foods with lots of additives cannot be good for overall health so get cooking with good ingredients. Just the process of cooking and preparing healthy tasty food should be a boost to your mental health.

Good luck

You not only need to consider foods that help but also foods that make anxiety worse. See livestrong.com/article/3061....

I have just discovered this impressive doctor and he seems to have a lot of very empowering information on anxiety, depression and food.
