Bring down your weight by eating healthily and exercise at least 30mins every day.I usually prefer light weight to aerobics. If one can do both simultaneously, perfect.

Hi Emy,

Eat clean food only, ie, nothing processed.

Double your fruit & vegetable intake, aim for 10 fruit & veg portions a day.

Eat nuts & seeds if you need to snack, & cut out salt.

Thanks Concerned, I didn't know that.

My BP is always low & my blood flows like water, so that's clearly never affected me in a negative way. I eat a lot of fruit, more than veg in summer. The potassium in fruit & veg balances cell osmosis, counteracting sodium, so does fructose prevent that process altogether, or does it vary between people?
