I have been working on this drawing for, what seems like months.

I suppose I haven’t been in the greatest of moods or didn’t have much time to be drawing. Plus I was away on holiday for nearly a week as well :).

But anyhow, I finished this drawing last night, only thing was I forgot to post it last night :).

Hey Matt, this an awesome drawing with fantastic attention to detail with the emotions shown in the face being very life like. I’m very impressed as it has such fine details.

I hope you enjoyed your holiday and I guess you have to be in the right mood to draw and it shows, so well done you and thank you for sharing it with us, as you’re very talented. 👍

Yes, I did enjoy the holiday.

Me and my folks went on a coach holiday for a few days over to Kent.

On one of those days we went to Brugges.

Such a lovely place and gorgeous waffles too.

We are going back in November too :).

Thanks and yes, I did go to Canterbury.

I didn’t get great photos of the cathedral though cos you’ve got to pay to get into the grounds. It’s all about money now.

But I did get some shots further away.

The only thing though was that part of the cathedral had scaffolding around it. Not exactly what you want to take a photo of is it.

Anyway, nice place though and me and my folks stopped off at a café and had American style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup and a chai tea latté to drink :).

Sounds good Matt. Yes the scaffolding has been up around the cathedral since last year unfortunately. Not great if you want to take a photo. I'm glad you liked Canterbury. There are lots of great cafes and some lovely gardens 😊
