Hi all, it's coming up 2wks since finishing the 12wk Nhs plan. Pleased with weight loss and have lost a couple of pounds since. So why do I choose to not eat anything when I can't decide or haven't planned it. Feeling a bit muddled and not in control like I had been. Can anyone else relate to this .

I relate to it - but not in the context of eating, my similar problem relates to running and not having a specific race plan to follow :) The answer to my problem is to sign up for another race and find a plan to follow to train for it. :) After doing this a few times, I now find that I know enough and have enough experience to make up my own plan - one that suits my individual life :)

I'm on my 2nd 12 week plan and photocopied the sheets for recording total calories and exercise, I need some structure to keep me going for the weight I've still got to lose!
