I have been maintaining my weight since the holidays when I felt shame that I should be losing weight. Well my break is over. I’m more committed than ever to get back to losing weight and eating healthier choices. I started my day today with a plate of tomatoes. Yum! Have to keep reminding myself progress not perfection.

Yes I’m proud that I maintained zest. I do have a positive attitude right now and I am looking forward to moving forward from this point on. I have a wedding to go to in October I want to lose more weight for it. I can do it.
