Eat beans, pulses, veg, fruit, whole meal bread, brown rice and pasta, no dairy and no oil

Foods in their natural states, meaning no fat and/or salt additives. Fresh fruits and veggies and drink a lot of water as it helps flush out your circulatory system.

Hi Phil, this free online corse might help. You can search for other courses on here too and chat to other people during the course, which you can work through at your own pace. The forums are really good and people have lots of ideas and tips. Hope it helps, cheers Karen.

Stick to low glycemic carbs. Basically greens. Protein with every meal. Include healthy fats and oil so omega 3 which is oily fish sea caught and other proteins. balance it with omega 6 proteins. Remove sugar and anything processed from your diet. Green tea and other herbal teas.
