You could start by avoiding all processed foods which are all usually high in fat, sodium, sugar and chemicals. I stick to mostly the outer isles in the grocery store and buy food in their whole natural form and cook them at home. Good luck!!!

The best way to eat to accommodate your fitness plan is to cut out processed foods. Make sure you are eating high quality proteins, non-refined carbohydrates, healthy fat sources and lots of vegetables to give your body all the nutrients it needs to keep you feeling energised and help complement your workouts. It can be quite difficult at first to cut out everything processed but I think the best thing for me was to use a recipe box service. I actually use Mindful Chef as all of their meals are nutritionally balanced and have been checked by a nutritionist so you know they are going to complement your workouts perfectly. If you want to check them out head to their website: mindfulchef.com they have honestly made my life so much easier and I feel like I've got so much more energy and clearer skin, perfect!
