My doctor has recommended this diet for me to reduce my cholesterol which is quite high at the moment, any tips on what to eat and how to get started on this would be appreciated

Hello and welcome 😊 This diet is largely plant based, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and a wider variety as possible. Protein cones from nuts, fish and small amounts of meat 😊 I find it very tasty and easy to follow. Good luck
