Hi everyone, been busy lately but still continuing to loose weight slowly, lost 3 stone but have a few to loose yet, I have found that swimming every week really helpful and my joints seemed to have benefited, I had slightly high blood pressure in January now it's back to normal and feeling fitter generally, keep going everyone, it really works long term eating healthy.

Well done losing 3 st! I'm a regular swimmer too, great for all round health benefits and quite sociable as have made some new friends when chatting in the changing room. Sometimes a struggle to get there when dark and cold in the winter but always enjoy it once I get started. Good luck with losing more weight.

I go swimming , it helps with stress , decrease hunger, reduces sugar , and is just great for circulation, health .
