Hi All, having just done my BMI check and totally shocked realise I need to tackle my weight - I lost 2 stone last year but then things sorted slid as I got fed up with denying myself basically so had a few weeks eating whatever I fancied and boozing it up and now put 6lb back on so this needs to stop. This seems a very sensible plan with support so hoping I can get back in track as still got 6 stone to go to be at healthy weight, seems an impossible target but taking it a stone at a time and have joined a gym too So head up, stomach in here goes once more..............................X
