No stress dieting

I have tried them all,weight watchers, slimmingworld,atkins,and others, i now eat clean, Paleo diet and Jo Wicks personal trainer on you tube plenty of free advice,all so do exercise that i like differant most days, have lost loads of weight feel much better, can now go to the Doctor without being told to lose weight ,have a look at them it might help someone else out there,good luck

  • Good for you! You are proof you don't need any gimmicks or to join clubs to line someone else's pocket to get to your goal. Eating clean is what it is all about and moving a bit. I do fitnessblender on youtube and did the couch 25k plan and simply stopped eating as much :-D
