When i read about calcium, i was hoping that some items would of been listed so that i could have an idea what to include more in my diet.

It depends upon the individual, but try to include at least half a pint of milk a day, plus a small yogurt or some cheese, about 20g of hard cheese, or soft cheese such as Philadelphia. 😊 Hope this helps 😊

Hi Daisy, after winning a battle with breast cancer I asked if I could see a dietician through my local MacMillan CTR, I did and after keeping a 5 day food diary, I was advised I'm lacking calcium in my diet she's given me a leaflet with foods with calcium, the number after the food is calcium per serving, taken from the leaflet she gave me foods are, cows milk 650, evaporated milk 280, goats milk 570, sheep's milk 960, rice dream original with added calcium 680, soya milk added calcium 400-680 depending on brand, camembert type cheese 114, cheddar or Edam 220, cheese spread 75, parmasen 360, cottage cheese 75, feta 110, goats soft cheese 190, low fat fruit yogurt 180, sheep's milk Greek yogurt 150, white bread and some wholemeal 30, small can baked beans 126, sardines in tomato sauce bones mashed in 138, pilchards bones mashed in 90, sesame seeds 200, almonds 75, black treacle 150, dried figs 75, fortified juices 140, ready brek supplemented with calcium carbonate, hope this helps
