I have been eating quite healthy for a few weeks now and I have succeeded in avoiding processed and refined foods. However I love eating and especially nibbling. Could you give me some ideas of foods which I could allow myself to eat even when I'm not hungry? Thank you in advance!

Tricky cause it has to feel like comfort food but without the calories. Avoid the big calorie options like cheese. Houmous and baby carrots is one that works for me. Planning 2 snacks a day in between three meals can help keep u on track.
