Diary bought today in Dorchester ready for action going to take a whole year as someone else posted as this is a good amount of time to complete my goal !

They are right, I keep track of what I eat too. I also have a menu for each week, I don't stick to nit rigidly but it is a good way to discipline myself and stay in control.

Hi Cazmondo have you had a look at the My Fitnees Pal app.

It gives you a day by day diary to log in your food, and water intake plus any exercise. It will calculate how many calories you need daily, after you enter your age/weight/height ect. It's really helpful
