Why do I feel that my bathroom scales are telling me lies!
There must be about 2Kg difference between the reading on my scales and the one at the doctors sugary.
Can anyone recommend a good accurate scales please.

I just googled "best bathroom scales" and found this at amazon:

Read personal reviews and you can find a good one pretty easily.
Your weight can fluctuate by 2-3lbs a day, just through our bodies natural rythyms.
I doubt that any set of scales are truly accurate...
My best advice to you is to just work from one set of scales. Weigh yourself at the same time of day, while wearing similar clothing....and don't weigh too often! Most people find weighing in one a week is a good balance
