Hey everyone, I am a college student and find myself in the minority of students who prioritize health. Even I have seen my healthy lifestyle come and go as I try to meet demands of professors and extracurricular activities. It's actually pretty concerning how little students sleep and how poorly we eat, especially during finals! Any advice for how to personally prioritize health more, and foster a healthier lifestyle throughout campus?

Hey, if you have times where your loaded with worked try bulk cooking and freezing meals. It means even when you are too busy to cook you still have your healthy meal available
The issue isn’t just about eating junk food, it is more about not having the correct proteins, carbs, vitamins, and minerals that individuals want.
