Read in Men's Health Magazine that some cuts of meet and some organs are good for heat's health and reducing cholesterol. Sadly unable to get to the Magazine via Internet for April 2015, copy. If you can read the six pages, this gives some offer of help.

Have you ever thought that this mag maybe available by joining and supporting your local library?

You will be amazed by what you can do there. I`m not going to say anymore just get your arse down to one and help stop them closing down .
