so tomorrow will be my first official weekly weigh in and my step up to week 2! who would like to join me to see how much weight they have lost??

Hi there, just read your post. I have 4 weeks to lose 7 or 8 lbs for my daughters wedding. Starting today I'm taking note of everything that goes in my mouth. Chocs out. Sweet stuff drastically reduced and at least 1 ltr water. Some exercise - yoga and bounces on rebounder. I'll see how I go. How are you doing? Cheers, AnnaV

l will join you. l need to loose 2 stone in total between now and May. Sugar out, chocolate out, carbs minimal, water 2litres a day. This can be done.
