Ibs
Do you want to say any more about this? Doctors often put any stomach problems down to IBS. How did you discover wh t you had?
I never actually had IBS diagnosed but went through a period when any dietary fat put my colon into spasms. I had to go essentially fat free, something that is anything but healthy. The only thing I could do was to take a lot of digestive enzymes with lipase, the enzyme that digests fat, and that didn't help all that much. I know most people won't believe it, and it does sound hoaky to the end of time, but it was chiropractic for my back that finally fixed it. I didn't have health insurance that would cover tests for a diagnosis or treatment, so I just suffered. It was when my back went south and I started in at the chiropractor's office that relief came gradually. And that wasn't why I was there, of course. I had no clue it would do anything for IBS. If you get desperate and you can afford it, it might be worth a shot, and would certainly beat a lot of dangerous drugs and their side effects.
Yes Chiropractic Works!! So does doing more of an pH alkaline based diet... You have to listen to your body and determine 100%, 90/90, 80/20... Etc.... Plus Essential oils... Best protocol out there is natural Holistic care!! ☺
Well now, that's interesting- I have been wanting to move more toward an alkaline diet myself. I had read online one woman's story about how an alkaline diet helped her get over a whole list of ills including RLS. There is much to be said about it.
Jmwe29.... Yes there is... It's really key to a whole host of medical issues... And it's so simple... It's crazy how ppl think that fast food isn't the cause for any of their medical issues...
