protein shakes, veggies, lean turkey burger, put flax seed in your food and protien drink.it will keep u full longer. no bread because it will make u bloated.wheat spegetti salads. drink water before your meal. 1/2 hour before.
A few don'ts- avoid soda (regular OR diet), avoid fruit juices (they are NOT healthy- too much sugar), sports drinks (ditto), bananas and grapes (loads of sugar), refined flour and refined flour products (flour goes to sugar, sugar triggers insulin and insulin moves fat into fat cells). Basically, avoid too many carbs and anything with sugar. Read the labels. I'm sitting here looking at a container of yogurt that has 26g sugar- WAY too much. And yogurt is supposed to be healthy! Use the link Bigleg gave you if you haven't already, it's a good one. And limit fruit- berries and melons aren't too bad where sugar is concerned.
