Well, I had a day off today and filled it in with visiting my parents, then housework and a half hour dog walk. I've been really good with food today and had another home made healthy tea ... Chicken breast chilli meatballs with red and green peppers, carrot and pineapple, small portion of basmati rice and a fennel and orange salad. It was very satisfying and from the Cookshelf low fat recipe book by Kathryn Hawkins. See photo
