"Clean Eating"

Eating clean help keeps you healthy. That's my lifestyle eating clean, lots of water that's my best beverage, fruits, Veggies

Nuts, grains, gluten free breads, no flour cookies. I use dates, oats, split almonds, grated coconut and 100% cocoa put all ingredience into a food processor and mix well shape into logs about the size of your index finger

Put in a container freeze and enjoy! They are delich! This is one of my favorite snacks. And it's gluten FREE! By the way,check out my profile, I am 60! And feels great!
