I always feel so rejuvenated and inspired when I am amongst Nature. My go to place is Monrovia Canyon Falls where I can explore all its beauty within approximately 3 mile round trip hike. It is a meditative walk I ground myself into nature and let it lead me to any mystery along the trail. The mind is always occupied with thoughts subconsciously and only by moving into nature, into my existence, I can emerge myself in totality. There are no thoughts, just me with all my senses and my dialogue with this Earth. Only in silence, I can communicate with the ground I walk on, the leaves moving in the wind, the birds singing and dancing their own rhythm. Nature has no noise; the bees ingest nutrition from the flowers and relentlessly fly from flower to flower to spread pollens. That is ecology, that is the circle of life as all living things go on harmoniously according to the law of the Universe. The moment I start filling my head with non-valid thoughts, with noise, is the moment I am imprisoned within myself, is the moment I go astray from my core being. Only by listening, nature will speak to me. I loose all ego, all desires to chase after any dreams but realistic rejoin to my inner being. And only from within, I can move outward, I can be open, I can be vulnerable, I can be receptive to my externals. At the end of my hiking trip, I always continue growing my utmost respect to Mother Nature and my existence on this Earth. โค๏ธ

Hi Koko I spend a lot of time amongst nature so share your feelings. Your hike sounds wonderful as nature changes all the time. Yesterday I awoke early as Iโd had an early night and I sat in my garden watching the fabulously full moon it was an uplifting experience. ๐
I was coming home in torrential rain and look who I met on a narrow path between a pond and a steam and we passed less than 2M apart ๐
Thank you for sharing with me Jerry. ๐๐
Yes, nature always brings me back to present and the serenity I can have in my life. Iโm so grateful for this planet we live in. Nature has its own language and we learn to understand in silence. I have lived in the city my whole life so far and feel tired of its scene and my plan is to move somewhere closer to nature by next year. I enjoyed the view of the full moon tremendously also that brought me back to present, my inner peace.
I think by now, these wild boars get used to your presence. They kept coming out say hi to you. ๐
I hope the rain soon goes away so you can have freedom to explore nature. Have a wonderful day ahead Jerry! ๐คโ๏ธโฎ๏ธ๐บ
Hi KoKo , it looks beautiful and the walk itself must lead you to different things at different times in the year . I like my walks along the canal to meet different people and something different every walk I do . Thank you for sharing it with us . Have you any other photos you could share . Clive X ๐ค
Hi Clive, youโre welcomed. ๐๐ That sounds so wonderful you take your relaxing walk along the canal and meet different people. A little smile and hello can brighten up anyoneโs day. ๐ Yes the trail actually splits into 2 directions to another waterfall, this one is dry as we have been experiencing the drought in CA for very long time. Iโll share the pic below. Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend Clive! ๐ค๐๐บ
Yes the family sounder of boars live really close to me so I meet them a lot as they like the foot paths. ๐
I agree Hidden as I moved here from the city and we have deer as neighbours, they come onto our land as its their territory and here's one trotting up my drive.
Wonderfully said Koko! I always enjoy stepping outside for a bit to look at the trees and listen to nature. It really helps clear my mind after being in front of a screen for so long. Nature simply just is; there's no desire to be and no struggle like you mentioned. It simply exists and it's a beautiful thing.
I like that picture of the waterfall. I always thought about sitting underneath it and meditating ๐
Thank you Kainan. ๐๐ I know you are nature lover just like me and you incorporate meditation with your nature walk always. We learn so much from the law of universe that we no longer struggle with thoughts and desires in nature. Iโm glad you like the view of waterfall. Look at the bee on that cactus flower too Kainan ๐๐คฃ, it inspired me to see the circle of life. Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend Kainan! ๐ค๐๐บ
Iโm glad you enjoyed reading it Happyman. ๐๐ Itโs so wonderful when you are able to live amongst nature. It brings so much peace and calmness in our lives. I would love to visit London someday also. Traveling opens our mind to different cultures and many refinement from many parts of the world. Iโm glad you create your garden, your world of nature at home. It soothes our mind and brings warmth into our hearts. Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend! ๐ค๐๐บ
Being with nature is a great way to get back to our center or closer to our center. We get so involved with things like ego, entertainment, money, prestige, etc... Busy seeking outer things to fill that emptiness inside. Being with nature can be a door to realization when we are fed up with all those outer things. I'm not saying outer things are bad but they are nothing compared to the inner. Once you are centered you just enjoy whatsoever you like๐....This is very well written and you bring these words to life. Poetic. โค๐ค๐
Yes after my walk yesterday, I felt very in tune with myself and my surroundings so I just started writing. Iโm glad you enjoyed reading it. ๐๐ Iโm sure you are very centered always as meditation is your second nature.. โค๏ธ Your inner world is never empty when you are joyful with your existence. Enjoy your meditative walk always! ๐ค๐โค๏ธ
