Can any of you guys relate?

I feel head fullness when I stand up and a little while I'm just sitting, off balance sometimes for no reason, like I might tip over, slight dizziness, and negative thoughts

Hi RyRywifey I feel that way sometimes because I have low blood pressure. You might want to check that out with your doctor. Yet sometimes I feel like that when I'm feeling really overwhelmed. Take care.

Thank you for your response. I know for a fact it's not low blood pressure, and this head fullness just started today. First time I've ever felt it. Idk.. I guess I'll see if I still feel it tomorrow

Hi, this could be a stress / panic reaction. I have felt dizziness during a panic attack. However, like willingtoheal mentions, definitely worth checking with Doctor as it could be linked to something physical, ie, low blood pressure or an ear infection. Also some medications can cause changes in blood pressure.

Ps, just saw your reply to willingtoheal, re blood pressure. ( think I was submitting my response at the same time)

It's not the start of a head cold is it??

Nope no cold either. I'm laying down now and don't feel it too much. When I stood up a couple times earlier I felt it.

Hi

Could it be your meds?

I don't think it's a normal feeling, it could be so many things, like blood pressure and inner ear infection etc.

I would go and see your GP and get it checked out.

Good luck.

It could be vertigo but vertigo is more severe dizziness.

It can be from stress but it also can be something else, low natrium levels, blood sugar...I don't know. Maybe it's worth to check with a doctor if it doesn't go away.

Yes; I def relate. I've suffered from these symptoms for years. They get really bad in acute stress and worsen as my stress level increases.

I used to think it was also due to low blood sugar but changing my eating habits didn't really help and my health metrics always turn out fine.

I was just at the doc and asked if my blood pressure was normal and she said yes. But I told her several docs have told me my blood pressure is low in the past and asked if these symptoms could be from that? She said yes.

But I still suffer them even when my pressure reads normal so I've chalked it up to stress and have just had to learn to live with it.

It's not fun to battle these physical symptoms though. I hope you feel better and can confirm with your doctor to def rule out any other medical issues.

I agree with GeminiDancer, and its probably related to your trauma and anxiety. The mind manifests in the body. As you say you are having negative thoughts as well.

About six months ago I was having constant panic attacks and could barely stand up, so dizzy, and the doctor didn't know why- then again I was so traumatized at the time I could barely eat.

I would say lie down and have a cup of tea if some one can make one for you, try to calm yourself, and wait it out. If it gets too bad and stays too long, then yes do see your doctor and see what they can do.

Sending love! Sorry you are experiencing this right now, hope you feel better soon!
