Interesting Article for Menstruating Women (and people who care about them)

I'm an avid tracker of my hormones. I use an app created by Gabrielle Lichtman called HormoneHoroscope ( a wealth of information at hormonehoroscope.com). It's really useful and helps me stay on top of hormonal changes in my mood, sleep, energy and food cravings.
