Yes I constantly find myself watching tv shows about crime or murders ...all triggers and nightmare material for me. It's like I'm fascinated by these shows. I have to switch channels as soon as I realize what I am watching.
I watched a cooking show with some vivid depictions of hunting and butchering buffalo. Horrible dreams followed.
