phlegm in throat

Been getting phlegm stuck in top of throat since the start of the year, and whenever I try to swallow, it retracts further up in throat where I can’t reach it, and then every so often, a bit of phlegm drips down daily.

Try to see if this could be due to the Eagle syndrome, i.e., an elongated styloid process.
