Struck by lighting after effects?

I am looking for information on lasting effects of being struck by lightning. I was struck by lightning back in 2000. My bone scans and things are all pretty good and I have these very real and very strange pains and I was curious if there were others that might know about or have been themselves in this situation that would know answers to my questions. My blood work is all in the normal ranges now as well. I have fevers for no reason anyone can find. I have fainting spells and long range and short range muscle weakness. I am curious if these things are a result of that or if they are simply something I can find my way out of, maybe both? My fevers reach 105 plus and ER visits are way way expensive. I just need to find information to be informed and also to live even better than I am. I love finding out what is out there, but this one is stumping me and I thought this a great avenue for info. thanks y'all
