Binaural beats

During the year after my first brain surgery I spent time daily doing meditation. I found it incredibly helpful for those moments of anxiety and bouts of tiredness. Writing in a mandatory hour of meditation each day was an excellent aid in my recovery. I also listened to binaural beats at night while I slept or if I need a quiet hour in the day. I have just come across this session and in anticipation for my next surgery I think it is paramount to get back to brain health focus. Hope you find it as relaxing and healing as I do:

I used binaural beats in the early years of my recovery. The website i used was Brainwaves, i have a few different tracks bought through them for healing and anxiety etc. I found them very useful.

Kate, that's wonderfully relaxing. I'm nearly drifting off to sleep listening after only five minutes! Amazing!! Thanks very much for posting x

Great share, with all these joint adjustments (As of this weekend, I am now the new owner of an upright spine that is not able to click for the first time in 15 years) my sleep has been interrupted so very grateful for this video. Feeling bruised internally and know this music can focus my mind on healing for a longer period than I could do on my own. Thank You.

Hope your surgery goes to plan and your healing a speedy one given you are starting before you go in. What a brilliant idea. Best wishes.

Hi RecoveringH, I hope you will soon be on the mend. Am I right to assume you have undergone a spinal fusion?

No medical intervention - lumbar spine stable and thoracic spine in the right place - its like walking on air - bruised digestive system, spleen and pericardium- major adjustment was under heart left scapula - then right ankle, then several in lumbar / thoracic - over 3 days - one after the other - my cervical are now aligned - cant remember a time when it didn't click - thanks for your wishes. Will walk later to test run the new alignment. Exhausted and excited. Hope you are feeling energetic and well x

What type of treatment was it? Osteopathy?

Collagen - LINEAVI Collagen Protein Powder | 100% collagen hydrolysate from hormone and antibiotic free cattle | 410g

2 teaspoons per day.

My legs, ankles, hips and neck have been doing minor adjustments since Xmas. Now this. I do my regular yoga and Chi Gung exercises - during these and with collagen, my body has righted itself again. I can't quite believe I was so out of alignment. And I can't believe I have only just found collagen! Spontaneous laughter every time I think about it. Took me this long to get here but here I am. My meditation has been for the last few years "thank you for my healthy body". It is working. After TIA lost use of right arm temporarily. Right arm weakness and right leg numbness for years and years. And now this. A late Xmas present.
