So I have at last meet with my mentor in work to try and figure out how i refind myself and why i love working and after I start and explain everything that had happen he said the rest why you feel lost is because for the past 4 years your body has been use to this drug and now you have taken it away and your body is left wondering what to do which help clarify Im not going crazy, Im hoping BIRU are going to help with this feel but he and my CBT therapist both said wow you have been though a lot in the past year and your still standing which has perked me up my mentor also said like OH said which made my manager get off his high horse that I come under the new disabity act and if I were to be dragged down the dissmal route there isnt a court in the land that wouldnt award me compension so he said his main mission besides helping me is to take my manager down a few notches and one of the contractors who is doing my work and my manager wonders why m not putting in a many hours when I am he is just compressing it and I said to my mentor if HR were to see my version of how I spend a day and my managers version of how I spend my day HR would side with me so my week start is getting better
