Buzzing sensation

Last night while sleepingi had a strange feeling of buzzing sensations on my body like some electronic waves or like someone is on me but i was not able to move i opened my eyes little i saw some blur waves i am just confused plz help me.. this is not the first time i had this condition.

Hi there, I have written a post about these events. How often do you think you experience them? Some say its possibly sleep paralysis, but I'm doubtful as it happens just as I'm drifting off. I'm sorry I don't have any logical answers but a fair few of us suffer from them.

That sensation started suddenly for me one evening, watching TV, and I actually felt the whole house was shaking, as in an earth tremor. When it continued to happen I spoke to my psychiatrist, who was treating me for panic attacks, and he explained it was my nervous system going into overdrive. After a long period of trying to hide severe depression from family & friends, my anxiety had been bottled up and was (as he put it) 'Reacting like a shaken fizzy drink which needed the lid loosening to release the pressure'.

I was given SSRIs and have never suffered with those sensations or depression ever since.

See your GP Zunera to start the process of narrowing down the potential causes of your particular problem ; there are various possibilities, most of which will have benign causes, and it might mean seeing different specialists to get through the elimination process.
