o did write a reply Jules but seems to of gone missing,,anyway please talk an not get low as take it from someone whose been left with the assault for 4 years inside ,if your seriously worried then just make sure when you open the nightmares in your head an accident.That you haven't scared your inner self to an extent that when talking rather than relief,you feel panic.an then its futile.The counsellor or cbt,will stop an maybe say your not in enough place for it to be a help instead it became dangerous.{only saying this as they brought my memory back but I was not in no state to deal with it plus,alone .therefore im stuck in time an nightmares)please do talk as living with it inside eats you up an I can not wait until June for move an freedom.You faced the devil.an lived an kicked his butt,jules never mind dog cat twaddle devil gone forever =peace Jules an understanding for you all good luck hun xx
