Good morning Jules : ) ( Goodnight ? ! )

I crashed out at 9 pm ( silly tired body ! ) so am now wide awake ( 3 am )

Just having a hot chocolate, running through posts on here and wondering if I can get away with putting the washer on at this unearthly hour ! I've got a neuro appointment this morning - could probably have done to have slept longer so I could be sharper for it. Relieved to hear that the wind has dropped outside - been a really blustery day here, it catches me offguard with my balance ! : )

Scary neuro time is 10.15 at Preston, Jules. Worried I will be dismissed again and left with no access to medical support, in spite of evidence from private assessment ! Past experience has not been good.

Gosh, you are going to be uber tired for yours with no sleep at all, Jules. Hope you can catch up with a rest later. Best of luck to both of us ! Angela x

Sounds like you have ha/are having the same type of experience as me with medical help.

Aw thanks for caring, i know i have 'chatted' to you before.a

I often think about meeting others with a bi but i am not ready yet, not good with people yet (brave at a distance).

I had my first good sleep in a year about a week ago. Had the problem since the crash. I see you had a crash too. bless you, sorry to hear anyone has suffered like that.

Sun is out here so going to sit and admire the garden and look for frogs (my favorite pastime at the moment) hope you have a lovely day too.

I've gone on to decaf coffee and it can be no coincidence that I'm genuinely exhausted now and sleeping like a baby. It probably wont last, but it's worth a shot...

Coffee doesn't help i know, but i am still not eating - my coffee with lots of milk is the only thing my body gets at the moment.

Its mean isn't it ... I stopped smoking, stopped drinking, now maybe i have to give up caffeine too ! Oh well.

Think i will give decaf another try thou, did you miss the caffeine much ?

I gave up smoking and drinking twenty years ago, that's a distant memory. Caffeine on the other hand, I gave up last week. So far so good. I'm on Kenco Decaf and it's actually very nice, I'm enjoying it. I'll keep you updated but thus far I'm not missing caffeine at all...

Oh jules you really are having sleeping problems and I see it's not easing. What have you tried ? Has the doctor given you tablets ? Are you receiving help re counceller x

Seems like i am all alone at night everybody sleeps at night then i start and think to much about everything then seems like i am going to have an anxiety attack ☹️
